How long does it take to create my design?The basic and standard packages have a 3 day delivery time whereas the premium package may take up to 5 days. If you need the design quicker, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Exclusive and Non-Exclusive pre-made designs aim to be completed within 24 hours.

What happens once I've placed an order?Once your order is placed, you will be sent an email with with instructions on what happens next with your order. In most cases, you will be emailed a link to an artist form that we ask you to fill in so we can find out more information about your next release such as your artist name and design inspiration. The information you give on this form will then be sent to one of our designers who will be in touch with you to discuss your design further. Our designers will continue to send draft versions to you so you can discuss any changes you want made. Once you are happy with your design, your designer will send us your final design and we will contact you to verify that you are happy to receive the final product. Once agreed, we will send over your order in the highest quality.
